Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship across the entire United States, including all 50 states—covering both continental regions and non-continental areas such as Alaska and Hawaii. Currently, we do not support international shipping. However, we are actively working on expanding our logistics to include select international destinations in the near future. Stay tuned!

Processing Time

Orders placed on business days (Monday through Friday) are typically processed within 1–2 business days. If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, processing will begin on the next business day. We strive to maintain fast processing times even during sales and promotional periods, but in rare cases, high order volumes may extend processing by an additional business day.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your shipping details and tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options through reputable carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Your shipping method and delivery time will be selected at checkout based on your preference and order total.

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days)
    Free on orders over $49. Orders below this threshold incur a small flat fee. This is our most popular option, offering reliable delivery at no extra cost for most customers.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 Business Days)
    Available for a flat fee. Ideal for those who need their tech delivered a bit quicker than standard delivery allows.

  • Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days)
    For urgent orders, this premium option ensures the fastest delivery. Charges vary based on item weight and destination.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on your location, especially for remote or rural addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep. You can also log into your RouteKart.com account to check your order status at any time.

In rare cases where tracking information is delayed, please allow up to 24 hours for updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, RouteKart cannot be held responsible. In such cases, customers may be responsible for reshipping fees.

If you notice an issue with your delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can make any necessary changes before the order is processed.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered,” but you haven’t received your item, we recommend:

  • Checking around your home or apartment complex

  • Confirming delivery with household members or neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We understand how important it is for your tech products to arrive in perfect condition and on time. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a resolution such as a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation.

We package all products carefully, but if you notice external damage upon delivery, please take photos before opening the package to help with claims processing.

Holiday and Weather-Related Delays

Please note that during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or national holidays, delivery times may be extended due to high shipping volumes. Similarly, inclement weather conditions such as snowstorms or hurricanes may cause unavoidable delays.

We do our best to communicate proactively if we anticipate a delay. If you need a product by a specific date, we recommend choosing an expedited or express shipping option at checkout.
