30-Day Return Window

Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible products. We believe this window offers ample time to evaluate your purchase and ensure it meets your expectations.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, please review the following eligibility conditions:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition.

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact.

  • The product should not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

  • Returns must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation or receipt).

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these criteria.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items are not eligible for return under our policy, including:

  • Opened or activated software, digital downloads, and license keys.

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Clearance items marked “Final Sale.”

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

  • Health or hygiene-related items once opened (such as in-ear headphones).

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@routekart.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  2. Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and step-by-step return instructions.

  3. Carefully pack the item in the original packaging. Include all original contents and a copy of the invoice.

  4. Ship the package to the return address provided by our team.

Returns received without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.

  • If the return is due to customer preference or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refund Processing

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to reflect in your account.

If your return is rejected due to not meeting our policy criteria, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We offer product exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at info@routekart.com with your order number and the issue details. We’ll make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or full refund without delay.

Restocking Fees

In most cases, we do not charge restocking fees. However, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns of high-value items or items not returned in original condition.
