At RouteKart.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a straightforward and hassle-free cancellation process to make sure your shopping experience remains smooth and stress-free.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Once the order has moved into the packing or shipping stage, we’re unable to cancel it as it’s already on its way to you.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return once the product arrives. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Canceling Items in a Multi-Item Order

If you’ve ordered multiple items and only wish to cancel part of the order, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request as long as the item(s) haven’t been processed for shipment. Partial cancellations are only possible before the shipping label is created.

Refund Timeline

If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund immediately. Depending on your payment method, the refunded amount should reflect in your account within 3–7 business days.

  • For payments made via credit/debit card, the refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

  • For PayPal or other digital wallets, you will receive the refund through the same platform.

Non-Cancellable Items

In rare cases, certain products marked as Final Sale or Non-Cancellable may not be eligible for cancellation due to fulfillment requirements from our suppliers. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page at the time of purchase.
